We accept payment via Paypal and Square over the internet, we think it is the easiest and safest way for everyone. If either service is causing issues, please let us know. We accept Square credit/debt card payments at shows and pop up markets.
If you are interested in a custom piece, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the desired project idea, a timeline of your need by date, and general budget for your project. Please factor design time into your project in advance. Often times the design phase of a project can take longer then fabrication. Once project mock ups are approved a 50% deposit is due to start work. All projects under $1500 US will be paid in full BEFORE the project begins. If this is a problem, please let us know and other terms can be arranged.
After we have finished, we will send you final photos of your completed project. The remaining balance on the project is due before we will package for shipping or the balance is due when the product is delivered. Please let us know before hand if this will be a problem.
All orders will be sent as quickly as possible. Most items are made when ordered so leads times will vary based on the product.
We ship primarily through the Postal Service using Priority Mail smaller packages, UPS for larger packages, and UPS freight.
Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday. If you wish to upgrade shipping please send us a message previous to purchasing so we can adjust shipping charges accordingly. We do ship internationally. Due to size of some metal letters and other items, please send a message regarding the purchase of a letter and your location so we can calculate shipping charges. International Shipping is pretty tricky and rates can vary drastically.
Thanks for your understanding on International Shipping. All international shipping is shipped by USPS. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your item has been shipped.

All products over 150lbs and over 6ft long in one direction will ship by freight. Freight prices can vary drastically and cannot be accurately determined up the product has been completed. Please anticipate cost of $500-$1500 for freight shipping depending on weight, size, and distance of travel.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges.

Our signs and lighting are created with new UL approved components, but they are NOT UL listed. Our products are considered art pieces. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local zoning, building contractor, and electrical inspector prior to purchasing. All of our products should be installed by professional contracts and electricians. Drop Metal LLC is not liable for any damages caused by the misuse of any of our products. We cannot accept returns for custom signage.
All of our products are 100% recyclable.
