Payment
Currently, we only accept payment via Paypal over the internet, we think it is the easiest and safest way for everyone. If Paypal is causing you trouble, conversation us and we can work out an alternative form of payment. If you are purchasing at Lowe Mill or at one of our outdoor shows, we can accept any for of credit or debit card using Square.
Shipping
All orders will be sent as quickly as possible. However, please allow a few days for processing. Once your custom piece has been approved, we apply an extra coat of clear for extended life against the elements. After it has thoroughly dried it will be packaged and ready to send out. We ship primarily through the Postal Service using First Class or Priority Two Day Mail. Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday. All of our larger items will ship by UPS.
If you wish to upgrade shipping please send us a message previous to purchasing so we can adjust shipping charges accordingly.
We do ship internationally. Due to size of some metal letters and other items, please send a message regarding the purchase of a letter and your location so we can calculate shipping charges. Thanks for your understanding on International Shipping. All international shipping is shipped by UPS as the USPS is not able to provide tracking outside of the United States.
We will send you an e-mail or ‘conversation’ as soon as your item has been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please examine the product photos carefully. We do our very best to photograph the products as true as possible, although lighting and computer monitors vary. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your custom product, please let us know prior to purchase so that we can work something out. All sales are final – your purchase constitutes your approval of the photos included in the listing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any concerns you may have.

A note about our metal designs: Each piece has been clear coated with several layers of lacquer to resist natural elements. Please note that these pieces are made out of mostly recycled mild steel and that they will rust or continue to rust if not properly maintained. While some people enjoy watching their metal work naturally rust over time, it is suggested that you coat your piece every few seasons to prevent additional rusting, especially if it will be outside.
A note about our rusted pieces- rust is a completely natural process. Temperature, Humidity, Acidity, Sunlight, Salt, Length of exposure, etc, are all a combination of factors that affect the rust outcome and unique finish to our products. No two rust finishes can ever be the same. We work hard to try to achieve the look that you are after, but please bear in mind that most of rust process is out of our control and completely in the hands of Mother Nature, which is what makes each piece 100% unique.
All of our products are 100% recyclable. We use only 100% non-CFC containing paints.
